Easy sale, great realtor
We loved working with Whitney Meridith! She had great ideas on staging our condo, even brought a few things from home! She showed our condo twice and it was SOLD! Easy sale, great realtor and very happy customers!

Its been six weeks since the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. Benchmark Realtor Whitney Meredith did an amazing job. My husband and I chose Whitney for her reliability, quick response and excellent communication.
When selling our home, she guided us on how to stage our home so buyers could easily envision the living space as their own. Her marketing was on target. The first day of listing we had four showings and two scheduled the second day. At the end of the first day we had a contract offering more than asking price.
We experienced the same detail and professionalism in finding our new home. Whitney listened to what we wanted and what price range. She found the perfect home for us.
To summarize, Whitney was knowledgeable about the properties, focused on our interests, and she was always available and professional. We would highly recommend Whitney Meredith for your next sale or purchase.
I Can’t Even Begin
I can’t even begin to express how awesome Lora Rodgers has been to work with! She has gone to bat for us EVERY single time. She listens to all of our concerns, and always makes us feel like we’re being heard. If she doesn’t have an answer, she gets an answer. She’s always on top of it, and always has our best interest at heart. I’m a very demanding, type A person, and she’s been there day and night to answer all my annoying questions.
Great experience
I recently had the pleasure of working with Whitney Meredith when selling and looking for my new home. From day 1, Whitney was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Whitney was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Great experience during the house buying and selling process. Very smooth, especially as the offer was submitted and all of the paperwork started. We had nothing to worry about setting up appointments for inspections, mortgage, and closing. Very easy to work with.

Awesome customer experience
Lane is very dedicated to providing an awesome customer experience when buying and/or selling your home. In our process of getting ready to sell, he has come up with excellent ideas to increase curb appeal and help us get a plan of action to move when we are ready. Also, while looking for that new special place, he has spared no energy to make sure we are 100% knowledgeable about or areas of interest. (i.e.. schools, land restrictions, etc..) I would highly recommend you give him a shot.
